UPS Services Now Available at HMPL

Henderson Memorial Public Library is now an Official UPS Service Provider, making it even easier to take care of your shipping needs in one convenient stop.

Whether you're shipping a package or dropping off a prepaid UPS shipment, we're here to help. Please review the information below before visiting:

• We accept UPS package drop-offs and shipments.

• We are not able to process QR code returns. All packages must have a printed UPS shipping label attached before they can be accepted.

• Need a shipping label printed? Email it to the library and we can print it for $0.20 per page.

• Need your package taped or your label attached? We can do that for a $1.00 service fee.

• UPS package drop-offs with a properly labeled and sealed package are free.

• Customers are responsible for packaging their items before arriving. We do not provide boxes, envelopes, bags, packing materials, or shipping supplies.

• Packages must be securely packed and ready for shipment before they can be accepted.

We are excited to offer this new service and look forward to providing our community with another convenient way to connect with the library.
